Configure PHPUnit to process uncovered files and disable strict coverage metadata

- Add processUncoveredFiles="true" to ensure all files in classes/ are analyzed
- Add beStrictAboutCoverageMetadata="false" to avoid strict @Covers requirements
- Fix indentation for consistency
