Add Phi_crit_callen #240
Description
As suggested by @priyanshlunia in #237, we should be sure to output the critical resonant flux needed to open an island according to Callen's model. This will enable more direct comparisons between the Callen and SLAYER models since SLAYER currently outputs a Phi_crit.
