Create warning for q=1 surface in plasma with RDCON

See title. @StuartBenjamin found numerical instability when a q=1 surface was present with both stride and rdcon, let's add a warning based on the q=1 surface and truncation point once we figure out a path forward here. Feel free to add some plots @StuartBenjamin
