Describe the solution you'd like
Would very much like Folia Support as I do greatly enjoy CosmeticsCore on Paper and use it in all my servers that I run. The only thing is that Folia changes a LOT of things regarding in Schedulers, Player Regions, and more. There is a FoliaLib that can be integrated into the plugin to allow for easier transition but I do understand that this may take a while due to a lot of code redesigning.

Describe alternatives you've considered
There are currently NO other Cosmetics based plugins that allow custom cosmetics out there in the market.
