CLI: "phala cvm list" shows the cvms not in the target workspace

It shows all the CVMs under the user, even when using a workspace API key. A typical problem is when running phala cvms delete -i, it may show the cvms outside of the workspace. After choosing a CVM, the cli will get 404 error.
