Unit tests are sometimes failing

This has happened on and off over time, so I don't know if this is a newly introduced issue.

That said, I just saw our unit tests fail, and then on re-run they passed: https://github.com/PermanentOrg/web-app/actions/runs/18200540304/attempts/1

We want to make sure our tests work predictably.
