Operationalize design patterns in recommender system #10
Description
We should be able to detect patterns when they appear #9 -- and also implement them programmatically when they should, but do not. For example, we might detect that a given project has a low level of ongoing activity but no "Heartbeat", and accordingly suggest a regular meeting time.
We may also be able to forge new connections between related projects so that they can support each other.
