Configure retry attempts and retry interval of the ASPERA transfer

Is there anyway to configure the number of retry attempts and retry interval of the ASPERA transfer within the px-submission-tool?

i.e. these paramaters: https://www.ibm.com/docs/en/aspera-connect/4.0?topic=c-transfer-configuration-1#d5733e119

If not please make it available e.g. in the px-submission config.probs.

E.g. I would like a retry interval of 5min instead of 30sec (default) and maybe 10 attempts instead of 3 (default) to be more robust to network/transfer interruptions.
