It's very challenging to calculate the porosity of a pore network. Just focus on the permeability, diffusivity, and capillary pressure curves. If they are all ok, then the network is good. |

Greetings.
I've compared the porosity from my microCT image stack (stack porosity = void volume / bulk volume) and from the PNM generated by PoreSpy code (pnm porosity = (pnm throat volume + pnm pore volume) / bulk volume).
The PNM porosity has reached ~28%, while the stack porosity reached only ~13%.
Is this normal or something could be wrong?
Thank you for the attention.
