[Feature request] Include a prebuilt jar file in releases

Is your feature request related to a problem? Please describe.
A prebuilt jar file would remove the need for installing maven and building lighty-yang-validator on every build of a containerized deployment such as YangCatalog, as well as the obvious simplicity benefits for all users.

Describe the solution you'd like
Include lyv.jar in every new release. Optionally also include the lyv bash script.
