Addresses street column schema

It would benefit the creation of ArcGIS point address role geocoding locators if the street column was a struct containing components, like:

Prefix Direction
Prefix Type
Street Name
Suffix Type
Suffix Direction

The reason is a lot of country-specific logic can kick in for each component, such as aliasing and abbreviation recognition.

With the components conflated then commonly seen variations will affect geocoding quality.
