HMD volume UI icon pop up, when im use Push to talk

• Advanced Settings Version: 5.8.11

• CPU: i5 14600kf

• Graphics Card: 4070s

• HMD: OQ3

• last version OS hmd
  

so, when im using push to talk on button called ThumbRest(If I'm not mistaken) with oculus touch i think ( standart controller with OculQuest3 )

not only does the microphone activation icon appear when the button is pressed, but the Hmd volume change icon also appears, just as if I were pressing the volume control buttons on hmd (turn up or down)

can i fix it some how formyself?

this icon is purple, I just inserted it into paint because the screenshot doesn't capture this UI.
