Search domains from multiple VNETs context are not handled properly

VMs with multiple NICs from different VNETs each having it's own SEARCH_DOMAIN context variable set are not properly configured in /etc/resolv.conf

e.g. there are the following context variables:

ETH0_SEARCH_DOMAIN='domainA.com domainB.com'
ETH1_SEARCH_DOMAIN='domainC.com'
ETH2_SEARCH_DOMAIN='domainD.com'

the /etc/resolv.conf then contains the following lines:

search domainA.com domainB.com
domainC.com
domainD.com

instead of the expected
search domainA.com domainB.com domainC.com domainD.com
