How to add kinship matrix as random effect

Dear OpenMendel group:

Thanks for these wonderful pop-genetics packages in Julia.

After learning the eco-system you have built, I would love to transform my analyses to OpenMendel.

However, I would like to add kinship matrix as random effect when doing GWAS, and I didn't found a solution in the documents of any of OpenMendel packages.

Would you please tell me if I could add kinship in GWAS using any of your pkg?

Thank you for your interest in OpenMendel. We haven't yet ported all functionalities of the classical Mendel program <https://github.com/OpenMendel/ClassicMendel> to OpenMendel. Option 29 of the classical Mendel package performs pedigree GWAS, which can incorporate kinship matrix in GWAS analyses.
