I always read "What's New" first before updating to make sure what new feature on updated app. But the main problem is when go to app list, but isn't "what's new", only app description that read again and again.
When pick an app, i need scroll to last page just to see "what's new". It's bit annoying actually.
So place it under "install" button can be good solution.
