Summary

I've successfully completed the task to add the model litellm_proxy/Qwen3-Coder-30B-A3B-Instruct with id qwen3-coder-30b-a3b-instruct to the expected models in resolve_model_config.py.

Changes Made

1. .github/run-eval/resolve_model_config.py: Added new model entry to the MODELS dictionary:

   • id: qwen3-coder-30b-a3b-instruct
   • display_name: Qwen3 Coder 30B A3B Instruct
   • llm_config model: litellm_proxy/Qwen3-Coder-30B-A3B-Instruct

2. tests/github_workflows/test_resolve_model_config.py: Added qwen3-coder-30b-a3b-instruct to the EXPECTED_MODELS list to ensure the new model is tested.
