Feature Images on Homepage and Navbar and Font Changes

• Add new featured images to the homepage.
• Change font of nav-bar to https://fonts.google.com/specimen/Raleway (ideally 300 type).
• Change nav-bar items to be the title of the portfolio-image folders.
• Remove hover over effect of featured images in homepage.
