Add more user types/roles (ex: Instructor role)

We need to add some additional types of users. For example currently each logged in user is either an administrator (who has almost all access capabilities) or a student (who has read only access mostly.

Describe the solution you'd like

Probably add a Teacher/Instructor role for now. Maybe we need to expand this as we go along to add more roles.
