The goal of this sprint is to complete an initial demonstration version of the preventative services app as designed by Nareesa, Beth, and Caroline (see [SimpleUseCase-v887_JC_KBN.docx](https://github.com/Open-Health-Manager/Design/files/8448409/SimpleUseCase-v887_JC_KBN.docx)). Per Salim, the goal is to be able to demonstrate the following steps: 1. Send data to Open Health Manager from a data source 2. Create an Open Health Manager account by signing the Patient Data Use Agreement 3. Sign-in to the Health Manager account within the Preventative Services application 4. Send data available from Open Health Manager for the account to the Preventative Services Task Force API and display the results 5. In the case that checking for hypertension is a returned suggested service, provide some personalized recommendations based on a blood pressure reading from the past year, or direct them to obtain a blood pressure reading. The intention is to achieve this through 1. Push from apple health kit (outside the Preventative Services application) - already completed 2. Support creation of an account with a specific username in the preventative services app by first reviewing the PDUA comic and signing the PDUA - initial version to be completed in this sprint 3. Sign in by providing an existing user name - already completed 4. Pull data from OHM, send it to the PSTF API, and display the results - completed, with some tweaks performed in this sprint 5. provide recommendations for hypertension based on the design document linked above - initial version to be completed in this sprint
