Detect any conflicting persistent object cache dropin and warn the site owner #5
Description
It's possible somebody will try to activate this plugin when they already have a persistent object cache drop-in. In that case we should not replace that drop-in, but rather warn the site owner. We already warn the site owner when SQLite3 isn't available, or has a version prior to 3.7.
