Setup a sponsorship banner on cornucopia.owasp.org and copi.owasp.org

We should setup a sponsorship banner on both our sites and through the banner have a button that can redirect visitors to: https://owasp.org/donate/?reponame=cornucopia&title=OWASP+Cornucopia

The banner should only be implemented on the front page of the two sites and we can implement this banner without using any technical opt-out-of-banner cookies, for now.
The banner should also have some additional information about what a company/person in regards to recognition can expect if they want to become a regular sponsor.

The banner will allow us to better gather donations to the project and generate leads for getting more permanent sponsors.

@sydseter hey man have you decided on the banner ,I would love to work on this as new year is approaching !! --so If you can assign me I wanted to finish this before 1jan , What do you think ?
