Implement in component analytics

Build in a prop for analytics into components. E.g for tabs inside tabs we'd want to track which tab was selected.

This seems like a good idea as it would allow us to ensure consistent custom events across different projects/products (currently it requires a bit of memory/research to re-implement examples from previous work).

We just ought to implement it in a way that doesn't add bloat to all the components, is probably disabled by default, and which will fail gracefully if cookies are disabled.
