Favicon formatting causes 404 errors in server logs #410
Description
Browsers attempting to load favicon.ico are adding unnecessary 404s to error logs, which then get caught and highlighted.
We likely just need to remove reference to favicon.ico but possibly also need to introduce a favicon.ico file for older browsers trying to load it on purpose - or filter it from server logs.
