Relocating United Kingdom into the "countries" grouping #265

"Possible Glitch: Indicator Page Map. I've noticed (on preview) and Charlee confirmed (Live) that if United Kingdom is selected on the table, the map also changes to United Kingdom but doesn't display United Kingdom in the geography selector box. I think UK deliberately not selectable on map - which is reasonable - not sure if intended that it can be indirectly selected like this?"
Task: relocate UK into the countries group to avoid this bug.
