add processing warnings to jsonstat creation

API refactoring:

The jsonstat file is created by the new arquero-processing.ts script. 

The original (non-api) arquero-processing.ts and generate-data.ts scripts contain various warning message functions/error catches; these need to be translated over to the new processing pipeline
