label placement helper function does not accept negative values #354
Description
Identified by @ClairePear, present in at least the bar chart template.
dataLabels xAxis placement is incorrect for bars with negative values, also they can be placed within the bar and still appear with black text (not correctly using the contrast function in the helper)
