line-chart-with-ci-area - Add leaders & spacing to direct labels

Sam C recently did some lovely work to add leader lines and automatic spacing to direct labels on line charts. Is there any chance of adding that to the line charts with CI areas, too, please?

If possible, please also add option to format Y axis tick text to config

If I'm not too late, please can I add another issue? Please can we fix the xAxisTicks config options? I always specify adding the first and last dates. This doesn't seem to play nicely with the specifications for numbers of ticks. Will send an example to Sam C.
