Check Author Results List via Mercurial Blame Feature

Authors listed on the website can be checked via "hg blame".  For example:

```
hg blame -u ./docshell/base/nsDocShell.cpp
```

Overall, it looks quite close in terms of matching.  However, it would be good to make a list of the authors that the blame command has identified and compare them to see if any are missing and if so, why.
