Test the self-extracting Slic3r

I added a set of slic3r zip files into the jar, and wrote an extractor and unzipper. This should solve the extra step of retrieving slic3r problem. Macos will be a problem, its just a dmg. I extract it anyway, but they will ahve to install it.

I fixed the bootloader-firmware and now have a board for you with a bootloader.
