Add a function to dump a Configuration / write a Configuration to yaml content

Sometimes useful for debugging purposes or saving / caching settings combined from multiple sources into a single place. confidence.io might be logical place to add some functions.

As soon as we manage to land #33, the 'origin' of keys could optionally be included in this output as comments, hoping the yaml lib will allow us to write comments, outputting something like the following perhaps?

namespace.foo:
  bar: 42  # from /etc/xdg/foo.yaml
  baz: 5  # from /home/user/.config/bar.yaml

Seems pyyaml doesn't support comments at all. Swapping out the yaml lib or manually writing yaml content isn't desirable probably...
