[FEAT] add an intent to accept "run update"

Objective

currently the documentation indicates you have to say "run updates"
I thought I said 'run updates' but very possibly 'run update' [as there was only one to do!]

Initial Implementation Requirements

load & run an older image (beta-in this case)
notice that update/icon is present.
'heyneon, run update'
ended up with a screen text 'run update'
BUT no action

Other Considerations

possible conflict with other skills relying on 'update' intent
