Not notifying verbally when finished downloading, nor when finished writing the drive.
I do see the dialogue files for these notifications exist.

Steps to Reproduce

Made another drive to confirm user report.

The dialog files in this case are used to populate notification messages. I think it makes sense to speak though in case the user isn't watching for a notification; this will also help scale to screenless devices in the future
