On demand, explode an EPUB into a static web application #851
Description
We have the ability to explode a locally mirrored EPUBs into a standalone HTML web app and mirror the HTML web app, so that it can be downloaded and read in a standard web browser.
It should be possible to trigger this operation for a given title, effectively creating a usable HTML delivery mechanism for that title (as opposed to the HTML delivery mechanisms that come in from OPDS feeds, which we generally don't consider usable for presentation and accessibility reasons).
We can even do this automatically for every new incoming EPUB.
The endgame here is that The SimplyE Collection, and any related collections, can contain HTML-app editions for all or most of its titles, improving the usability when that collection is viewed through a web-based OPDS client.
