Feature Request - Add additional source layer providers #159
Description
It would be useful if there was documentation (or an example of non carto.com) on how to add another provider to the layer sources. For example, data sourced from https://github.com/tobinbradley/dirt-simple-postgis-http-api other API service, or perhaps even a local SQLite datasource
