Is your feature request related to a problem? Please describe.

The core functionality of NVML is currently covered in cuda.core.system. We should determine what is the most important remaining functionality in NVML not covered and implement it in turn.

At this point, we are waiting to hear from potential users as to which things would be most useful to do next.
