Speech input not supported on phone #100
Description
Describe the bug
When using Mycroft-Android and pressing the Mycroft button to allow microphone to start recording it states:
"Sorry! Your device doesn't support speech input"
To Reproduce
Steps to reproduce the behavior:
- Build and install via Android studio
- Click on Mycroft button
Expected behavior
It to start listening for voice commands.

- OS: Android 11
- Mycroft-core version: Latest provided on Docker
