I need more information. When is this error happening? Is it when you first open the GUI? Is it happening for some files but not others? Also please include a screenshot of the KS4 GUI (if it opens) at the time the error shows up.

I followed the instruction to create a new env and install the kilosort. The error can be robustly repeated. All files I tried can not be navigated and viewered.
