Kotlin support #6
Description
As in #4 and #5, Kotlin support would be a nice feature for those who use it.
The problem with these pull requests were that they required the binaries to be there. We would just need a check if Kotlin is enabled. Possibly either create a question in setup.bat/sh or something like how FernFlower support was added by adding the jar into the runtime folder.
