Describe the feature

A new hud, why? so it is more user-friendly and modern, overall for looks and overall for looks and a smoother user experience. A redesigned HUD would make navigation cleaner, reduce clutter, and highlight the most important information at a glance. With a more modern layout, consistent spacing, and better visual hierarchy, users can access features faster and with less confusion. It would also improve responsiveness across different screen sizes and resolutions, making everything feel polished and up to date rather than outdated or cramped.

• This feature doesn't already exist in the client. (I have checked every module and their settings on the latest dev build)

• This wasn't already suggested. (I have searched suggestions on GitHub and read the FAQ)

Meteor already has a very customizable hud, you can change the layout to look however you want, and you can add custom hud elements using Starscript or addons.

please give concrete examples for a possible rewrite/suggestions for specifics we can improve on rather than blanket "rewrite hud to be more modern" statements
