I would also like to do this. I have it set up to where I can view my own folders, but putting in the URL of another user results in errors like "Invalid_resource: The resource principal named xxx was not found in the tenant named (my company name). This can happen if the application has not been installed by the admin of the tenant or consented to by any user in the tenant. You might have sent your auth request to the wrong tenant."

I can fully access all user's Onedrive accounts, as I'm in the site collection admin. I'm trying to use the user's URL as the ResourceID in the Get-ODAuthentication command. The user's URI is like https:\mycompanyname-my.sharepoint.com/personal/JaneDoe_domain_com

I have granted all the API permissions I can think of under MS Graph and Sharepoint, then revoked and reaccepted them to make sure the changes were being read.
