For example, a straight line or curve like this, I want to add more lines to the original 323 midline for different occasions

It is not possible to add patterns yourself. They have to be added in the mod myself.

In a future version I can add more lines. For now to do something cose to your example you can use patterns 9 to 12 for simple lines, 72 to 75 for double lines and 153 to 156 for triple lines (with 171 to 174 for double lines with the wide gap). It's not that straight but can do the job for now.
