Hi,

The parameters in the multiplexDIA panel are a bit difficult for me to understand. I’d like to run some mDIA data, but I’m not sure how to set the parameters. Do you have any plans to add a tutorial for this?

Also, in alphaDIA, can mDIA be used in combination with semi-specific digestion?

Hi,

very good point. I will make sure to include a tutorial in the next release.

Regarding semitryptic search, this is not really compatible with peptide centric search due to the number of semitryptic peptide sequences.
