[feature request] CF S3 bucket origin access identity naming option

Now cloudfront origin access identity by default creates with the same name "Serverless managed web app S3 bucket origin-access-identity" and when we have many sls apps at one account it's so hard to determine what's policy for what app.
It's would be fine if we'll have some option to set policy name or if it will named as "Serverless managed web app S3 bucket origin-access-identity " by default maybe.
