JsonTimeSpanConverter used to handle partial formats.

Since upgrading Macross, and removing JsonTimeSpanConverter I noticed my API can no longer bind "0" to a TimeSpan. Same with values like "1:01"

Is there a way to restore this functionality?

I am going to roll back to 2.2.0 until a fix is found.

Maybe there is a way in my JavaScript to "pad" my TimeSpan string with zeros but I have yet to find a simple way to do that.
