Clarify Read-Only Metadata Fields in Dataset View #22

Currently, metadata fields such as TAGS, SERIES ID, META, and NAME appear in the dataset table, but there is no option for users to edit these fields. Additionally, versioning is not supported. Since these fields are intended to be read-only, displaying them in an editable context may cause confusion.
To improve clarity, consider removing these read-only fields from the table or clearly indicating their read-only status. It would also be helpful to provide documentation explaining the purpose and intended use of these metadata fields, so users understand why they cannot be modified and how the information is used by the system.
