update feed workflow startup failure |  关于workflow配置文件的问题

非常nice的一个项目！我想请教一下关于workflow配置文件的问题。我在不修改原repo的`update-feed.yml`的情况下出现了```
every step must define a `uses` or `run` key```的错误，将L45改为`- uses: peaceiris/actions-gh-pages@v3`又出现了`actions/checkout@v2 and peaceiris/actions-gh-pages@v3 are not allowed to be used in erosminer/MyArxiv. Actions in this workflow must be: within a repository owned by erosminer.`的错误。是其他哪里的配置出了问题吗？非常感谢。
