Packet mode missing

This is not a bug, but a note for users.

The Mode drop-down menu's Packet entry only sets the Packet/Stream bit of the TYPE field to 0. It does not change the operation of the encoder. This functionality will be added later on.

The drop-down list should be removed, as the 16-byte data input can only be used with the Stream mode. For Packet mode, a message input is used. See the code in dev branch for details.
