Vulkan Configurator on macOS requires system global installation

Without the system global option in the SDK install (which copies the SDK to the system paths), you would normally run:
source ./setup-env.sh

This sets up the environment and things like vkcube, etc. will run from the command line.

However, launching vkconfig-gui like this:

./Applications/vkconfig-gui.app/contents/macOS/vkconfig-gui

it cannot find the loader.
