Add screen block/entity that can play slideshows in the world #2
Description
We have /slideshow right now that can fully take control of the screen to play a sequence of videos and images - but ideally we could place this in the world, for example in the Education area to have videos looping from the charity.
We should have either a multiblock or entity (up to you, brave modder!) that can be resized and configured to display a particular slideshow by ID. This could be through a simple UI or through a command - we don't need it to be super user-friendly since we will only set this up as server admins.
Note: we need to be careful to not be streaming video to every player on the server, as this is pretty costly in terms of network and in terms of game performance - we should think about some solution here, for example only loading the video if you are in a particular region (could be managed by LTPermissions authorities), or if you are wearing a particular glasses item.
We will also want to have support for syncing video between clients - but this is another task.
