Support for consumers and 0.10.0?

Just came across this, I see that only consumers are supported.

Any plans for producer support?

We also use SSL with our Kafka deployments so I'm wondering if you have any plans to support a Kafka new enough (0.9+) that would support SSL connections.

Yes, we do have both in our roadmap.
Kafka 0.8 consumer was most urgent for us.
Will update once implemented.

Still didn't get to 0.10.0 support.
